Typical coverage for the Day-of Coordination package includes the following services:​

• 11+ hour coverage with one lead planner and one assistant,

• lead planner acting as the point of contact for all vendors on the day-of,

• direct all event processionals,

• pick-up & drop-off of personal items upon request, 

• set-up & take-down of personal items executed to the couple's instructions,

• supervise set-up for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, as applicable,

• sound & decor check,

• professional on-site styling of all decor, centrepieces, welcome table, party favours, signs and personal stationery,
